What's in store for you? 

Reporting to Nicolas, you will integrate Porcher industries, in a Sales team of four people.

You have:

• an engineering degree, preferably in composites, materials or textiles
• a minimum of 6 years experience as a sales manager with proven track in developing composite business in Europe
• your home base in the UK

You are familiar with:

• account management, sales and negotiation techniques
• pricing and value creation for a sustainable sales policy
• project management for technical solutions
• creating an excellent customer experience and managing distribution channels
• industry and market understanding
• technical knowledge of high-performance composite and textile materials
• English perfectly, other language skills are a plus

And if, in addition, you are:

• curious and willing to learn
• willing to travel 50% of the time
• proactive and courageous
• able to manage by KPI's
• disciplined, rigorous, organized and autonomous
• enabler who "makes things happen"
