What's in store for you?

Reporting to Nicolas, you will integrate Porcher industries, in a Sales team of four people.

You have:

an engineering degree, preferably in composites, materials or textiles

a minimum of 6 years experience as a sales manager with proven track in developing composite business in Europe

your home base in France (but we are also pleased to consider candidates in Spain and Italy)

You are familiar with:

• account management, sales and negotiation techniques
• pricing and value creation for a sustainable sales policy
• project management for technical solutions
• creating an excellent customer experience and managing distribution channels
• industry and market understanding
• technical knowledge of high-performance composite and textile materials
• English and French perfectly, other language skills are a plus

And if, in addition, you are:

• curious and willing to learn
• willing to travel 50% of the time
• proactive and courageous
• able to manage by KPI's
• disciplined, rigorous, organized and autonomous
• enabler who "makes things happen"
